“Huge thank you to the staff and the Case Oro Group. I couldn’t say enough amazing things about this Airbnb. We planned to only stay for 10 days, and ended up staying 28 days. First of all, the staff is incredible. Huge thank you to Yader (he works at this Casa Oro location and is the 24/7 security). Yader made us feel incredibly welcomed. We are 3 females that are in our mid 20s and he made us feel very safe. Every night he made sure the gate was locked every time we came into the place, even when we would come home separately. The location is UNREAL. 1 minute from the heart of downtown which was extremely convenient. The rooms are beautiful (each room has beautiful artwork, a salt lamp, and a private bathroom), there is AC (which definitely helps with the heat), and the pool is such an added bonus. But, the best part of the Airbnb is the rooftop view of the beautiful San Juan Del Sur. Watching the sunsets up there is a must. They also organized shuttles, surf board rentals, and surf lessons which is super convenient. This Airbnb also comes with a full kitchen. The staff that does the cleaning are super friendly and thorough. Each room has cabinets with separate locks, which reassured me when I locked up my photography equipment. Traveling as a photographer with my gear can be stressful, but I did not feel stressed once. Thank you, thank you, thank you for contributing to our trip of a life time. “Yader was absolutely AMAZING (staff/host at the property). We originally were going to stay for 3 nights but we loved Nuestra Casa so much that we stayed for 8 instead! It was the perfect place to spend the last week of our vacation. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and the upstairs room has a beautiful view off the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen was ideal to make breakfast in every morning (or any meal), the rooftop area has a panoramic view and hammock, and the rooms were well maintained. Yader made us feel so welcome and went well out of his way to accommodate us. He walked us to our shuttle stop to the beach when we weren’t sure of the area yet and he is such a kind hearted and hard working person. We would love to come back to Nuestra Casa next year! :)”
“My stay at Casa Nuestra exceeded my expectations in every possible way! AC is powerful. The room and private shower were spotless. The pool was clean and refreshing. Tremendous views on the rooftop. Safe and secure. And the best WiFi in Central America. The communication from the host before checking in and during my stay to make sure everything was great was much appreciated. And Yader, the gentleman that takes care of the place was as helpful and pleasant and kind as anyone I have ever met. Truly the best! If you are looking to be in the nightlife mix with a two minute walk to the beach with the luxury of escaping into a beautiful and quiet place to sleep at night, look no further! “I enjoyed staying at Nuestra Casa! The place was beautiful and was a perfect location as it was 2 blocks to the beach, restautants and bars but not on the main road and therefore away from the noise at night time. The staff were very friendly. The room had AC but I didnt use it at night because it was comfortable with fans. They are also affiliated with a local hostel, Casa Oro, which i used every day for trips to the surrounding beaches, transport to Granada, etc. Casa Oro also has yoga and surfing classes (i personally recommend booking direct with them vs organizing with someone once you get to the beach, but that was my personal experience). The only thing I didnt realize was you could hear the person in the room above (i stayed in the jungle room), but it was a non issue since i woke early anyways.“
“We had a beautiful time at Nuestra Casa. We wish there was place to stay longer! The staff is amazing <3 The breakfasts are just the best! Everythig is very close by. Beds are confy, the shower is really amazing. The coup de grace is the roof top patio with the WONDERFUL view on San Juan del Sur, where you can see beautiful sunsets and watch the stars. The Nuestra Casa is just far enough not to be in the noise and party, but close enough to enjoy San Juan Del Sur, 2 minutes walk from the beach and all restaurants! I recommand 🙂“
